COACHES DRAFT MEETING

Following are the times that coaches are required to attend for the draft:

Monday, February 9, 2009 at CB&T Bank 13th St. Phenix City in the conference room

6:30 pm to 7:30 pm - 6,7,8

7:30 pm to 8:30 pm - 9,10

8:30 pm to 9:30 pm - 11,12

If you are coaching you will need to attend this meeting as you will be drafting your players at this time.

It is an exciting year for Phenix City Girls Fast Pitch. We have so many new girls registered for the Spring 2009 Season. We are so excited. We are anticipating the league to continue to grow. We thank you for allowing your girl(s) to be part of this experience.

LATE REGISTRATION

Late Registration will be held this weekend (January 31 & Feb 1) during try outs from 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm. Please remeber that try outs will be held at the Airport Fields (off Airport Road). We encourage each girl to attend both days. Be sure to bring a glove to try outs. The league can provide a helmet and bat if needed. Please feel free to sign your child up at that time.

REGISTRATION SPRING 2009

IT’S THAT TIME AGAIN…SPRING 2009 FAST PITCH SOFTBALL REGISTRATION
Registration will begin on January 10, 2009 for the Spring Fast Pitch Season. Registration will be held at the Roy Martin Center on Airport Road (beside Moon Lake) from 9:00am to 2:00pm.

Registration will also be on the following days:
January 11, 2009 – 2:00pm – 6:00pm
January 17, 2009 – 9:00am – 2:00pm
January 18, 2009 – 2:00pm – 6:00pm
January 24, 2009 – 9:00am – 2:00pm
January 25, 2009 – 2:00pm – 6:00pm

Registration Fees: $60.00 (first child) $55.00 (second child) $50.00 (third child)

Be sure to bring your birth certificate as well as two proofs of residence to registration. All tryouts will be held at the Airport Softball Complex on Saturday January 31, 2009 at 2:00p.m. and Sunday February 1, 2009 at 2:00p.m. All girls are encouraged to attend both days. Players should bring glove, helmet and bat to the tryouts. If you do not have a bat or helmet, the league will provide for the tryouts. Also girls should wear appropriate clothing and shoes to the tryouts. Teams will be drafted after the tryouts. The coach will notify the player.
